OUTDOOR TEAM BUILDING
Team Building Outdoor activities are suitable for a wide target of people, organized in open-air spaces in the panorama of Lake Maggiore, the surrounding valleys and in the Monte Rosa area and surroundings, but also elsewhere.
People try their hand at different activities by playing, challenging each other or simply experiencing the world in the context of Outdoor Team Building. Our Outdoor Team Building activities and programs are organized in safe environments and with the goal of getting out of the comfort zone with the aim of experiencing fun, competition or simply pleasure through learning in order to improve individual personal growth by living in the group.
Taking into account the time of year, Outdoor Team Building locations and activities may change to adapt to the goals to be achieved with the group.
Following an first meeting and subsequent exchange of preliminary information useful for establishing goals and budgets, the JTB will address every aspect of this point of interest and the activities inherent to Outdoor Team Building, dealing effectively and creatively with the organizational details thanks to experience and to the commitment of all the professionals involved.
Our activities
The Borromeo Islands part of Lake Maggiore are an ideal area for organizing the best treasure hunts. The participants will carry out their mission either directly on the islands, or by sailing between mainland and islands on board the boat that will be chosen for this event. JTB creatively organizes this activity, customizing it according to the goals and budget of the event.
The valleys surrounding Lake Maggiore and the Monte Rosa area and surroundings represent the ideal place for this exciting challenge. All over the globe, this activity will catapult event participants into a unique challenge: Making a documentary. The theme of the documentary can be anything, everything has to be done. JTB creatively organizes this activity, customizing it according to the goals and budget of the event.
Based on identification, goals and budgets, the activities differ. JTB‘s creativity is always at the service of the event. However, understanding goals and budgets right from the knowledge phase is fundamental and strategic because it allows you to develop activities specifically designed for the event, making it unique even by taking one of the traditional activities as a starting point.
