After Phase 1 of getting to know the -JTB Method- the main phase remains Phase 2, which is planning. Project planning is crucial both to the success of the Corporate Event and/or Team Building experience and to identifying effective Team Building strategies to improve staff productivity (if that is one purpose of the event). Therefore, a careful initial needs analysis and assessment is useful at this stage by identifying and establishing scopes and budgets. Only following the identifications does the JTB define and schedule the activities to be carried out.

One of the main factors is aggregation in order to amalgamate the team so making them participate with each other. In this case, Phase 4 of the - JTB Method - provides that at the end of the Corporate Event and/or Team Building experience, after fully experiencing every moment, feedback from the participants is collected in order to draw an overall assessment useful for various purposes (including strategic). JTB addresses this by considering the needs that emerged in Phase 2 planning.

It is part of planning but more importantly, the crucial role of leadership in fostering a strong team spirit emerges through the identification of goals that along with that of budgets are part of Phase 3 of creating the - JTB Method - and the combination of these factors in turn determine how to differentiate activities. JTB creativity is always innovative and aimed at personalizing the Corporate Event and/or Team Building experience. However, understanding scopes and budgets as early as Knowledge Phase 1 is critical and strategic because it allows for purpose-designed activities to make the project unique.

Trends are also different in relation to the mission of the company one chooses as a partner to implement the Corporate Event, however, current trends in the field of corporate Team Building pursued by JTB are oriented toward creativity therefore developing ad-hoc activities for the specific event.

The main answer to how to organize successful corporate events is to make the event exclusive and tailored to the client. This means employing creativity related to purpose and budget so that specially designed activities can be worked out to make the project unique.

The launching of corporate products is done through the choice of winning presentation strategies, and the devising of these strategies is addressed in Phase 3 of the creation of the - JTB Method - thus building the Corporate Event according to the intended purposes and budgets.

One of the main purposes is to create a positive work environment, but that is not all. In fact, Phase 1 knowledge of the - JTB Method - useful in establishing the aims and budget of the Corporate Event and/or Team Building experience is crucial since on these two factors depends the construction of the project and thus plan the aims.

JTB prefers to orient Team Building activities - outdoor - both because they are organized in open-air spaces in the landscape of Lake Maggiore, neighboring valleys and the Monte Rosa area and surroundings, but also elsewhere, and because they are suitable for a wide target group of people. In this type of activities people try their hand at playing, challenging themselves or simply experiencing the world in the context of Outdoor Team Building in safe environments and with the aim of getting out of the comfort zone with the goal of experiencing fun, competition or simply pleasure through learning in order to enhance individual personal growth by living in the group.

The most effective corporate incentive programs for employees must follow criteria, namely: Have clear ideas, be flexible and have competence and knowledge. Programs must be implemented in order to achieve group coaching and group training to go along with group dynamics and team interaction thus performing team growth and group maturation.

JTB is oriented in offering Team Building activities - outdoor - as there are many more opportunities and usually open spaces make everything more enjoyable. This is not to preclude Team Building activities - indoor - which are also effective. JTB is always creative by creating ad-hoc activities for each event and that is why it has structured a real "Method" divided into "Phases "that identifies in Phase 1 the "KNOWING", because knowing each other allows to know the aspects related to the project to be planned that are fundamental to establish purposes and budget of the Corporate Event and/or Team Building experience and because the construction of the project itself depends on these two factors.
