Our method
Phase 1
to know
Getting to know each other represents the first meeting with the JTB and is the phase that allows you to understand the aspects and reasons relating to the project to be planned. The preliminary information collected in this phase (which certainly requires more meetings) is fundamental for establishing the goals and budget of the Corporate Event and/or Team Building experience since the construction of the project depends on these two factors. The first meeting, for a maximum of 4 hours, is completely free.
Phase 2
to plan
Project planning is crucial to the success of the Corporate Event and/or Team Building experience. In this phase, a careful analysis and initial assessment of the needs is therefore useful, identifying and establishing the goals and budgets. Only following the identifications does the JTB define and plan the activities to be carried out.
Phase 3
to create
Based on identification, goals and budgets, the activities differ. JTB’s creativity is always innovative and aimed at personalizing the Corporate Event and/or the Team Building experience. However, understanding goals and budgets right from phase 1 of knowledge is fundamental and strategic because it allows you to develop activities specifically designed to make the project unique.
Phase 4
to optimize
At the end of the Corporate Event and/or Team Building experience, after having fully experienced every moment, it is necessary to collect feedback from the participants in order to draw an overall evaluation useful for various purposes (including strategic ones). JTB deals with this aspect by considering the needs that emerged in phase 2 of planning.
Phase 5
to remember
JTB offers media and communication services of enormous value and related to points of interest (Outdoor Team Building, Indoor Team Building, Corporate Dinners and Travel) so that the project is planned, created, optimized and remembered in detail.
